Savills is one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms. Founded in 1855 in the United Kingdom, it now has 600 offices worldwide and supports its clients in the sale and rental of exceptional properties.
Our office fit-out support for the Savills agency
For this project, a complete fit-out was carried out. We chose the furniture brands Sancal and CATTELAN ITALIA S.P.A., including, among other items, stools, desks, and a waiting area featuring a magnificent three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Our selection therefore focused on ultra-design furniture that is also very comfortable.
The flamboyant Sancal is an essential Spanish design brand. With modern products featuring a strong identity and sunny colours, the brand has been creating, manufacturing, and distributing its products for 40 years. It also collaborates with designers of various nationalities. Over the years, Sancal has developed contemporary pieces, focusing its production on modular furniture for public or private spaces. Signature products stand out, including certain chairs, stools, tables, armchairs, and sofas that we integrated within the Savills agency.
Cattelan Italia, for its part, is a 100% Made in Italy brand that combines a passion for design with elegance and the quality of its materials. Founded in 1979 by Silvia and Giorgio Cattelan, its reputation has grown over the years in more than 100 countries worldwide. Its extensive catalogue includes bookcases, sideboards, consoles, chaise longues, chairs, bedside tables, beds, home accessories, and tables; the latter are the true cornerstone of the company, both for their refined design and the finishes offered. These include the iconic Gordon and Skorpio tables. All Cattelan Italia collections are characterised by clean lines, a modern sensibility, elegance, and innate versatility: the choice of materials, colours, and finishes is broad and precise.
