29 Molteni&C Kitchens for Le Provençal by Caudwell

Located in Cap d’Antibes, Le Provençal is one of those places that belongs as much to local history as to the imagination of the French Riviera. As part of its transformation into a prestigious residence, we were commissioned by Caudwell to design and supply the Molteni&C kitchens for 29 apartments.

The Molteni&C kitchen project is structured around three apartment ranges: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each responds to a different approach in terms of materials, finishes, and layout, while maintaining overall coherence in the spirit of the residence.

For the Gold and Silver apartments, the worktops were crafted in Taj Mahal marble and quartzite. These natural materials bring a distinctive presence to the kitchen, with soft nuances, subtle veining, and genuine visual depth.

On the other hand, for the Bronze range, the choice was made for Dekton and Calacatta Super White worktops. Elegant, resistant surfaces suited to daily use, while maintaining a specific aesthetic.

The kitchens selected for this project are from the Hi-Line 6 and Prime models by Molteni&C. Two refined, architectural ranges perfectly suited to high-end interiors.

Beyond the choice of models, each kitchen was designed according to its specific apartment: electrification, inlets and outlets, volumes, circulation, layout, storage, and finishes.

The fronts and storage elements combine wood veneer and high-gloss lacquer to bring warmth, texture, and elegance to the overall design.

To meet the desired level of finish, several reference partners were selected: Molteni&C for bespoke kitchens, Gaggenau and Miele for appliances, as well as a selection of premium and technical materials for the worktops.

Therefore, Taj Mahal marble, quartzite, Dekton, and Calacatta Super White were chosen for their appearance, durability, and ability to integrate into prestigious interiors.

Participating in a project like Le Provençal by Caudwell is a unique experience. It is not simply about fitting kitchens, but about taking part in the transformation of a renowned address, steeped in history, destined to write a new chapter.
