Description

The new 2021 collection from Cassina reintroduces the Soriana armchair, an icon of the 70s. While its design remains unchanged, its materials have been redesigned to meet current environmental challenges. Cassina Lab and the Poli.design team from the Politecnico di Milano University have worked to develop more environmentally friendly, durable, and eco-responsible materials.

Thus, the polyurethane foam used in the original Soriana sofa has been replaced by BioFoam, a natural padding made from bio-polymers derived from natural and biodegradable resources. Furthermore, to celebrate the return of this cult creation by the Scarpa couple, new colors are also available; for more information, visit our showrooms.
