Things are changing for the Jbonet team!
It is indeed with great pleasure that the team, comprising both sales and administrative functions, discovered their new workspace within the Place Arson showroom in Nice.
As specialists in office design in Nice and the French Riviera, we have created several workspaces for our employees that are both pleasant and agile. As such, the new offices consist of:
- an open-plan collaborative workspace for the sales team
- private offices for the administrative teams
For the layout of the space dedicated to the sales team, we made the following design choices:
- an open space that encourages interaction between people. We have created a central desk area where the team can set up, with everyone facing each other. This helps generate communication among team members.
- desks are not assigned to specific individuals; each employee can sit wherever they like, depending on their presence in the office. This creates a dynamic atmosphere within the team.
- all storage units are installed along the partitions, leaving more room around the desks (allowing everyone to sit wherever they choose).
- finally, the team also benefits from another collaborative workspace, consisting of a desk area surrounded by U-turn seating.
Regarding the area dedicated to the administrative team:
Significant work was carried out to reconfigure the space using partitions. Private offices now provide the team with perfect soundproofing for efficient working.
This new workspace for all employees benefits from both beautiful natural light, thanks to our glass partitions, and a great energy with a color palette that is both understated and accented with bright touches.
